AIM: To train personnel capable of research and teaching of Physiology

(a). To address the problem of dearth of Physiologists in the country
(b). To provide further training for holders of first degree in the areas of research in Physiology
(c). To produce good and able teachers in Physiology and its branches.
(d). To produce personnel with optimal research skills in Physiology
